I remember taking walks with Grandma Angelina, eating her home made pizza, and she ALWAYS had Kool-Aid on hand for when we stopped over…I used to catch lady bugs for her so I can make a wish to St. Anthony…I also remember her watching the masses on tv, lol….
i remember walking her to bingo hoping those ladybugs and saint anthony brought her luck and they always came through when she needed it or her taxes were due
Who could not remember Grandma’s Butter Cake? Does anyone have her recipe….was it ever written down?
